With Divorce on the up & people finding it hard to find the right person quitting seems to be the only resolve when we face a conflict .

I came across a post saying quitting is not an option it is the easy way out. I personally do not agree with that statement. To me that is click bait for people struggling to win likes and be connected. A habit typical of people pleasing. A people pleaser will stick in jobs, with people, woth situations that do not serve them in fact that have an adverse affect on them. Peope pleasers who "stick it out” against their own sense of well being create much harm to their mental, emotional and physical being. So yes i am an advocate for quitting. It is not an easy choice because 🚪Quitting is messy. Not always the easy way out but many times the only way to a solution.

💭It comes with many messy thoughts and feelings and actions.

🗣Quitting happens because some communication, actions, beliefs or expectations have not aligned to the project/situation one is quitting.

☹️Quitting leaves one feeing unsettled, in doubt, anxious no matter how far you move away from the thing/job/person/project one quits.

❌️The crisis within quitting is an opportunity for one to learn more about themselves and others.

🆘️Having counselled people who have quit - relationships, job, businesses, habits I will 100% say quitting is at times the healthiest choice.

Yes success takes commitment, dedication, understanding and breaking down your failures enroute to success, quitting happens when it becomes apparent despite dedicated investment including sacrifices, success is unlikely.

Learning new ways of relating and being in Relationships is the key to being in flow.

Let me show you how it works ..
